I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Diabetes Coach and GP referral practitioner.
I have been a personal trainer since 2014, and an online personal training since 2024.
My personal fitness journey... has been a journey! From sprint triathlons to adapting training pre and post natal; from hybrid classes to relearning how to walk post c-section. I really understand, now more than ever, how to help and adapt training plans and nutritional advice, depending on where your starting point is and the direction you want to go; I can give you the tools and support to get there!
- Firstly, consultation form, which allows me to get to know you a bit more, your lifestyle, your routine, and how we can fit some movement & wellbeing into it!
- Following this, we have a phone call to discuss which plan is best for you going forward.
- When your programme is ready, an email and 'how to' guide for the app is sent to you.
- The workouts include videos on how to perform exercise techniques.
- The App includes my personally designed built in guides, which vary depending on the programme chosen.

1. Mama But Me Programme: 2 month minimum
If you are a busy mam, struggling to find time for yourself, this online coaching programme is built and designed around you.

- 3 workouts per week (this can increase over time, but not until after 2 months of repeating this habit).

- Daily & weekly habit tracker to mark off is embedded for accountability.

- 4 guides: Ab, running, stretch & family restaurant guide all included.

4 home workouts per week.

2 runs and 2 workouts per week.

2. GP referral and/or Gut Inflammation Programme: 3 month minimum
Don't let your condition define your ability to achieve your goals. I am your coach, I will help you adapt, overcome and succeed.
- Gut inflammation (digestion problems, skin problems)
- Stubborn weight around stomach
- Overweight and obese
- Hypertension
- Hypercholesterolaemia
- Osteoarthritis / Rheumatoid arthritis
- Mild to moderate depression, and/or, mild to moderate anxiety
- Osteoporosis
- Controlled asthma
- Mild Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Low back pain
- Sensitivity intolerance test and Iron test (worth £120).
- 4-5 workouts per week (can decrease depending on your condition too, and build overtime instead).
- Daily step target.
- Daily & weekly habit tracker to mark off is embedded for accountability.
- Macronutrients & calories worked out.
- Optional; track your period cycle, blood pressure and/or blood glucose readings.
- Ab, running, stretch & eating out guide all included.

3. Diabetes & Me Programme: 3 month minimum
Are you pre diabetic, Type 1 or Type 2 diabetic; who is conscious of their food intake and their movement output, but are still struggling to get the result you desire and your blood glucose readings aren't as steady as you wish? This programme is perfect for you!

- Premium food intolerance test and MOT tests (worth £210).
- 3-5 workouts per week (can increase over time if we start at 3).

Once programmes are completed, they can be extended if required, or if goal is achieved within the timeframe, but you still wish to have coaching for structure and accountability, you will be put onto a 'maintenance programme' which is at a reduced programme fee, full access to myself, 3 workouts per week, Whatsapp support group & monthly review call.
